👍 Develop and manage accurate Revit models for architectural or engineering design packages.
👍 Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural design and documentation, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or coordination role.
👍 Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering medium to large-scale projects.
👍 Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, LOD, naming conventions)
👍 Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
ARCHITECT
👍 Strong proficiency in Revit for architectural or structural modeling.
👍 B.Arch or M.Arch in Architecture or a related field.
👍 2–3 years of relevant BIM modeling experience.
👍 Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
👍 Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, LOD, naming conventions)
👍 Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit and accountability.
ARCHITECT TECHNICIAN
👍 Strong proficiency in Revit for architectural or structural modeling.
👍 2–3 years of relevant BIM modeling experience.
👍 Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)

👍 Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit and accountability.
BIM COORDINATOR
👍 Act as Project Delivery Manager (PDM) or Project Information Manager (PIM) depending on the project.
👍 Deliver BIM management services (architecture, engineering, consulting, training).
👍 Degree in Architecture or Engineering, with 2+ years of BIM experience.
👍 Strong Revit skills; knowledge of BIM360/ACC, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.
👍 Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, LOD, naming conventions)
👍 Official BIM certificate is a plus.
👍 Good English communication skills.
